I’ve lived in four countries, changed careers, and rebuilt my life multiple times. Through every turn, one thing stayed with me—a fascination with how culture shapes identity, and how stories can bridge worlds.
Gold Jetto grew from that fascination. It’s where my Slavic roots meet the traditions of Japan and Korea, told through cinematic visuals and immersive storytelling. This isn’t just about seeing places, but about feeling their rhythm, meeting their people, and uncovering the stories that live between past and present.
Here, you’ll find moments of cultural exchange, quiet reflection, and the small details that reveal the soul of a place. If you’re drawn to Japanese craftsmanship, Korean traditions, or the way travel can reshape perspective, you’re welcome to walk this path with me.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution."
ALBERT EINSTEIN
The best storyteller is life.
so here is my story...
My name is Sergiusz.
I was born in Kazakhstan, in the vast land where the horizon embraces the sun. I wasn’t just the only Polish native in my town… I was the only European, growing up among the honourable and warm-hearted Kazakh people.
Surrounded by the wild steppe, each day tested my endurance, imagination, and will. As a boy, I fetched water, cut timber, cared for horses, and did whatever the day demanded. But the greatest reward came in the warm evenings — when I could run across the steppe, feeling boundless freedom, and pause to watch the sun sink behind distant hills. I often wondered what lay beyond them… and promised myself I would find out.
That promise became my compass.
I lived in Kazakhstan for ten years before my next destination — Belarus. It was my first time living without my parents, a trial I wasn’t prepared for, yet I adapted. At eleven, I was juggling five languages: Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian, Polish, and my first English words.
Two years later, we reunited as a family in Poland. But once again, I was “different” — a wild boy from the steppe in a modern European country. I could barely speak Polish, I knew no one, and the pace of life felt worlds apart. Yet, with each move, I became better at adaptation. In Poland, I completed my education, earning two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s, and at twenty I took my first solo trip — to Spain — in fluent Spanish.
I stayed in Poland until I was thirty-one. Then, suitcase in hand, I bought a one-way ticket to London. With ten years of sales and marketing experience, I planned to advance my career internationally. Instead, I found myself working as a Construction Site Senior Engineer, reshaping the skyline of one of the world’s most iconic cities. Ironically, I was building towers taller than the hills I had once gazed at as a boy.
Believe. Achieve.
London is where I discovered two passions that would change my path — photography and videography — tools to capture and share the stories I encountered.
Eventually, my compass pointed me further east.
Japan and Korea became more than destinations — they became living classrooms. Japan’s quiet precision and reverence for tradition. Korea’s vibrant energy and deep-rooted heritage. These cultures resonated with my own journey: resilience through change, beauty in detail, and strength in identity.
Today, I’m still chasing that childhood question: What lies beyond these hills?
But now, I seek the answer in Kyoto’s temple gardens, Jeonju’s hanok villages, and countless stories waiting to be told.
Gold Jetto is where I share these experiences… through cinematic storytelling, cultural insight, and reflections on how travel shapes who we are.
If you’ve ever felt the pull toward something beyond the horizon, walk with me. Let’s explore Japan and Korea together — and maybe uncover a piece of your own story along the way.
